Empties | III

Third empties post and I can say that I honestly am proud of all the products I've finished. Being a hoarder and someone who likes to use products for a while and then move onto the next one, I am happy to have reached the bottoms of another 7 products.

Vichy Soothing Toner
Nothing much to say on this toner, nice, gentle, did counteract the redness on my face but apart from that it didn't do anything else.

N7 Protect & Perfect Serum
Serums have just recently been introduced into my skincare routine. This one felt nice on the skin and it had that silicone feel to it which I personally love. Because Serums are relatively new to me I want to try a few more and see what works best for me before I stick to only this one.

Beyu Light Reflecting Concealer
My first ever purchased concealer, it was nice to use to brighten up the undereye area but I'm looking for something with a bit more coverage for when I wake up with panda-eyes extreme dark circles.

Schwarzkopf Gliss Kur Marrakesh & Coconut Oil Hair Mask
Bought it. Kept it. Loved it. It gave a nice softness to my hair and hydrated the ends. At the moment, in stead of a hairmask I am using The Body Shop Grapeseed Serum and it has been working just fine, but I might repurchase this when I finish The Body Shop one.

Bioderma Sébium H2O
Simple fuss-free micellar water which everyone seems to be loving. A bit expensive but a bottle lasts a good six months. I am currently using the Garnier Micellar Water, it is very similar to this one but I still think that I prefer the Bioderma one because it doesn't strip my skin so much after cleansing, but they are both really good at removing eye makeup.

Lutsine Bactopur Purifying Cleansing Gel
I only noticed how much I loved this product after I finished it. They have new packaging but I will definitely get another bottle of this when I go to Italy. This cleanser does some serious deep-cleaning and gets rid of all the bacteria that make these horrible blemishes to painful.

Maybelline The Rocket Mascara
It's my all time favourite mascara and suprisingly has plastic bristles. It gives my eyelashes quite a natural look (I'm all about that), no clumps, no eyelashes sticking together, lenghtens, what would you want more?

I'd love to know if you've tried any of there products and your thoughts on them!

Tips on Organising your Blogging

Now I'll be the first one to raise my hand and admit that lately I haven't really been very good at the whole blogging thing. I'm trying to get back into the routine after a short break and to organise myself better on the blogging front. After reading other blogs and advice on the Internet, I gathered 5 tips to help you and me on organising our blogs better.

Lush Haul

Exams are just around the corner and I thought to treat myself to a few things from the Lush shop to help me get through was predicts to be quite the stressful month.

After the many positive reviews I read about the Big Shampoo I decided it was time for me to try something which promises to give volume and squeaky clean hair thanks to the exfoliating sea salt and the nourishing coconut oil. It's exaclty what my hair needs right now so I have high hopes for this one.
I was actually looking for a Bubble Bar to take a dip in a bubbly bath and light a few candles to take a nice evening off with a good film to watch. After smelling all the products on the shelves I decided to go for the Mango Bath Melt. The helpful guy working there told me that this bar is loaded with natural butters and essential oils that melt in your water giving you super soft skin.
When paying I added the Honey I Washed The Kids Soap to my basket as I've heard it's the bestselling soap and wanted to try it. The soap itself makes me want to take a bite and the fragrance is even better: honey and caramel.
This wasn't my first purchase at Lush but I must say that every time I go in there they have something new and more exciting than the previous visit. I only have good things to say about Lush,; I love walking in the shop for it's smell & colours and the staff is always very kind and helpful.

Have a lovely weekend xx

The Sunday Post: Greek Yogurt Popsticle

This week has all been about getting back into the routine after a long weekend and keeping the healthy eating going. With the warmer months coming up, I found a quick and healthy snack that is still enjoyable to eat, greek yogurt popsticle.

-------------------------------------------------------------
The Ingredients...

greek yogurt
raspberries

LET'S GET CRACKING!
-----------------------------------------------------------

From the neverending list of ingredients you definitely notice how easy it actually is to make!
You start by swirling the raspberries and then by adding the the greek yogurt. Add the mix in a container and leave in the freezer overninght to then enjoy for the next sunny day. Obviously you can add any kind of ingredient and if greek yogurt is not your fave then any other kind of yogurt works aswell!
